- Top flour 350g
- Butter 250g
- Corn flakes 1 rice bowl (roughly crushed into smaller pieces)
- Brown sugar 200g
- Egg 1
- Pre-heat oven at 170°c fan mode.
- Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add in egg and ensure well-mixed.
- Sift flour into batter. Mix until flour all well-mixed.
- Using spatula or wooden spoon, stir in corn flakes.
- Scoop into linedmini muffin trays.
- Bake cookies for 15 minutes. Let cool on rack and store in airtight containers
