Corn Flakes Cookies

Ingredients:

  • Top flour 350g
  • Butter 250g
  • Corn flakes 1 rice bowl (roughly crushed into smaller pieces)
  • Brown sugar 200g
  • Egg 1

Method:

  1. Pre-heat oven at 170°c fan mode.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until smooth. 
  3. Add in egg and ensure well-mixed.
  4. Sift flour into batter. Mix until flour all well-mixed.
  5. Using spatula or wooden spoon, stir in corn flakes. 
  6. Scoop into linedmini muffin trays.
  7. Bake cookies for 15 minutes. Let cool on rack and store in airtight containers
