Crispy spritz butter cookies

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Preheat oven at 185°c.
  2. Add butter and fine sugar in mixing bowl and cream till sugar is smooth. 
  3. Add in eggs and cream till mixed in. 
  4. Add vanilla extract and paste, cream till well-mixed. 
  5. Sift in flours, icing sugar and salt. Beat till flour just mixed in. 
  6. Using a cookie presser, pipe out cookies on a silicon sheet lined tray. 
  7. Bake cookies for 11 minutes. Cool on rack till room temperature and store in airtight container.
