Ingredients:
- 250g butter, almost room temperature
- 110g fine sugar
- 1.5 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon vanilla paste
- 35g icing sugar
- 200g top flour
- 200g plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt if salted butter / 1 teaspoon if unsalted butter
Method:
- Preheat oven at 185°c.
- Add butter and fine sugar in mixing bowl and cream till sugar is smooth.
- Add in eggs and cream till mixed in.
- Add vanilla extract and paste, cream till well-mixed.
- Sift in flours, icing sugar and salt. Beat till flour just mixed in.
- Using a cookie presser, pipe out cookies on a silicon sheet lined tray.
- Bake cookies for 11 minutes. Cool on rack till room temperature and store in airtight container.
